At Medichecks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
